Eclipse space fun day and Perseids meteors with Shropshire Astronomical Society

Join Shropshire Astronomical Society at Rodington Village Hall for a fun-filled family day celebrating the partial solar eclipse. Enjoy safe views of the eclipse through specialist solar telescopes, alongside a planetarium, astronomy talks, stomp rockets and plenty of hands-on activities for all ages.

The event runs from 12:00 pm until late, with refreshments available throughout the day. Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic and stay into the evening for late-night observing of the Perseid Meteor Shower, making this a full day of astronomical highlights.
