Visit Otley Science Festival's Kids' Free Funzone in Otley Market Place to get ready for the partial solar eclipse. Alongside a range of family activities, including crafts, storytime and a climbing wall, festival volunteers will be helping families learn how to observe the eclipse safely and where to find the best local viewing locations.

Certified eclipse glasses, courtesy of Go Stargazing, will be available free of charge, along with hands-on activities including making colourful UV bead solar bracelets. This is a great opportunity to prepare for one of the UK's most spectacular astronomical events before the eclipse later that evening.
