Partial solar eclipse at Barton Aerodrome

Join Salford Astronomical Society at Barton Aerodrome for a public viewing of the partial solar eclipse. Society members will be on hand with specialist solar observing equipment, giving visitors the opportunity to safely watch the Moon pass across the Sun and learn more about this spectacular celestial event.

Eclipse glasses will be available for £1 per pair, with proceeds supporting the society's charitable activities. The event is weather dependent, so please check Salford Astronomical Society's social media channels for the latest updates before travelling.
