Partial solar eclipse at Basecamp North Lakes

Join Eden Valley and Penrith Astronomy Group at Basecamp North Lakes for a safe and enjoyable view of the partial solar eclipse. Observe the Sun through specialist solar telescopes and smart telescopes, learn about the eclipse from experienced astronomers, and enjoy a live video link to Spain, where the eclipse will be total.

Every visitor will receive a pair of certified eclipse glasses, courtesy of Go Stargazing, to observe the eclipse safely. Refreshments will be available from the Basecamp North Lakes Farm Shop throughout the evening.

Adults £3, U28's £2 Members £1 plus booking fee. Admission includes your own pair of solar glasses.
