See the partial solar eclipse in Holtwood

Join the local community at Holtwood Methodist Church for an evening of astronomy beginning with views of the partial solar eclipse. After maximum eclipse, the event will continue indoors with a presentation covering eclipses, meteor showers, the scale of the universe, constellations and other objects visible in the night sky.

There will also be astronomy-themed crafts for children, along with food and refreshments throughout the evening. Visitors are encouraged to stay until dark for the chance to spot Perseid meteors and enjoy the summer constellations.
