Join Sark Astronomy Society at the Island Hall on Wednesday 12 August for an evening celebrating two spectacular celestial events.

From 6:30pm, watch the partial solar eclipse as the Moon passes in front of the Sun, before staying on into the evening to enjoy the Perseid meteor shower – one of the best meteor showers of the year.

With an eclipse, shooting stars and even pizza on offer, it promises to be a fantastic evening of astronomy on Sark!
