The 2026 Perseid Meteor Shower on Wednesday 12th August promises to be a particularly exciting event, with a New Moon providing dark skies for meteor observing and the added bonus of a spectacular 90% Partial Eclipse of the Sun!
Members of the public are welcome to attend, but please contact Wycombe Astronomical Society in advance for event details, observing arrangements, and important safety guidance regarding eclipse viewing.
